What is your turnaround time?

We do our best to create and ship all orders within 3–4 business days, and many orders ship even sooner. Please note that shipping transit time is separate from processing time.

How do you ship orders?

All orders are shipped through USPS and include tracking information. Orders under 1 pound (typically 1–10 ornaments) are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, while larger orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on all non-personalized items. Because personalized ornaments are custom-made specifically for you, all personalized sales are final.

Can I receive a proof before my item ships?

We do not provide finished product proofs prior to shipping. However, for custom items, we can provide a digital design proof upon request before production begins.

Custom Orders

Do you offer custom items or designs?

Yes! We love creating custom pieces and would be happy to work with you on a special design. Please note that a design fee may apply depending on the complexity of the request.

Can you engrave my logo?

Yes. We ask that all logos be submitted in black and white and provided in either PNG or SVG format. A logo release form may also be required before production.


Wholesale Orders

Do I have to order through Faire for wholesale purchases?

No. While we do offer wholesale through Faire, you are also welcome to contact us directly and we’ll be happy to assist you with your wholesale order.

Do you offer custom wholesale orders?

Yes! We can create custom wholesale designs and products. Please contact us directly to discuss your project.


Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Do you offer local pickup?

We currently do not offer local pickup.


Wood Product Information

Why does my item have small imperfections?

Because our products are made from real wood, natural variations are to be expected. Knots, wood grain patterns, slight color differences, and small imperfections are all part of the beauty and uniqueness of handmade wooden items.

Why does the engraving color vary from item to item?

Engraving results can vary slightly depending on the natural grain and characteristics of each piece of wood. This means every item will have its own unique look and charm.
